Pricing in 2024
Please note that we operate very differently from both barns and banquet halls. Please take the time to read our 'what's included' section and you'll find we include many features that others charge extra for, making your experience more relaxed. Culinary menu options are extensive and are arranged through our in-house chefs.
Menu packages start at $40* per person (in addition to facility rental) . includes linens, china, and glassware.

Ceremony with Reception $10,500
includes a 2 hour window of time the day before your event to drop off items such as alcohol, and any modest decorations, as well as for ceremony rehearsal (limitations apply).
Access to the facility beginning at 9am the day of your wedding
If you would like to inquire about renting the space for extra time the day before your event to also include a rehearsal dinner – this can usually be arranged for an additional fee.
5 ½ hours of event time, set up and take down of ceremony chairs, assistance with your rehearsal and ceremony, as well as everything listed above and on the previous page.
