Beginning in 2024, we are thrilled to be moving to a dedicated culinary team.    

 

Jim Reese and his team at Fireside have great experience and fantastic reviews.   They've been frequent caterers here over the years, and have consistently provided great food and service. They are our main in-house caterer, and we are thrilled to be partnered with them on a regular basis. 

 

We are also pleased that Paul Wanas and his team at Accentuate will continue to caterer some special events.

We are grateful to both of these culinary experts.   Working with them allows us to provide great and consistent  service to our guests.  Simply put, they allow us to bring more to the table.
